University City Plaza Street is famous for many of its attractions. One such amazing attraction is 10 Universal City Plaza. This street has yet another attraction, namely, the Universal Theater Park. It offers convenient access to the area and has major freeways and highway 170. This street is close proximity to the executive housing communities of Encino, Sherman Oaks and Beverly Hills. There is also the Lankersheim Boulevard stop for the metro rail red line train. Moreover, at the street, there are also some great hotels that are walking distance from each other. They are Hilton hotel and the Sheraton hotel.
