On the ‘Halloween Night’ every year, ‘West Hollywood’ goes on to stage the most excessive Halloween party. This event is referred to as the biggest adult outdoor Halloween all over the world. This 1-mile ‘stretch’ of road gets crowded by around 300000 partiers every year. It isn’t advertised much within Southern California as compared to several petite events. On 31st of October, i.e. when night-time arrives, people with creative costumes gather over here for enjoying such a wonderful event.
