Destinations like Norfolk, Newport News, Hampton, Suffolk, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach surround Chesapeake. Natural beauty is found abundantly in and around Chesapeake. Near the Chesapeake Bay there is a Daffodil festival which is hosted and equally enjoyed.
