One can experience the ‘Old Wild West’ in ‘Ashcroft Ghost Town’. It’s a previous mining town which had reached heydays in early 1880s. However, it soon went bust after some years. The visitors can pay visits to certain miners’ cabins, saloons, local jail, etc. The best period to visit is winter. This is the time when town offers ‘horse-drawn sleigh rides’. ‘Pine Creek Cookhouse’ can be tried out for lunch.
