The Daniels and Fisher Tower is a 20-foot clock tower inspired by Italian Renaissance architecture as it rises above the streets of downtown Denver for visitors to admire.
At the time it was built over 100 years ago, it was the tallest building in the city and was partially used at a department store. In the early 1900s, entrepreneur William Daniels insisted the downtown Denver building be designed to look like The Campanile at the Piazza San Marco. Today the tower is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has been renovated into lofts and businesses and shops including Lannie’s Clocktower Cabaret, offering a mix of comedy, burlesque, cocktails and dining.
