The Bluff Lake Nature Center is a wild life refuge and environmental education center in the city of Denver. This nature center is located along the Sand Creek Regional Greenway on the eastern edge of the former Stapleton International Airport. Each year this center hosts nearly 40,000 visitors.
The Bluff Lake Nature Center includes wetlands, short grass prairie and an urban wildlife for waterfowl, shore birds, raptors, songbirds, deer, beaver, reptiles, amphibians and others. This center conducts science education programs from June to August and junior naturalist camps are also held in this center.
