Historic Downtown Durango, better known as ‘Durango Business Development District’; had been formed in the year 1997. The mission/goal was of supporting business in the district through assistance. This assistance was expected to come from special-event marketing, having provided research with regards to topics which were of great concern to district, development and planning of novel activities, and provision of capital budget for the equipment enhancing business with respect to district.
