Pueblo city is the county seat of Pueblo County in the State of Colorado, in the United States.
It is the most populated city in the county. As per the 2000 census, the city is home to 102,121 residents and spreads across an area of 45.4 sq. miles.
Many people consider the city to be the economic centre of southeast Colorado and northern New Mexico. As a result, the city is also known as the 'Second City of Colorado'.
Pueblo is one of the major steel producing cities in US and is called the 'Steel City'. A large number of aviation and electronics companies are based in Pueblo.
Pueblo is located is the 'Banana Belt'. This is a geographical location where the weather is warmer than other nearby cities. In wintertime too the city enjoys adequate sunshine and warm weather.
