The North Sterling State Park is spread over the large plains next to the reservoir.
It has access to various outdoor activities like hunting, camping trekking and many others. One can choose go biking or trekking along the six miles of coastline trails. There are 141 campsites in three camp grounds with electricity and water and picnic spots where bookings can be made for group picnics.
