Betty Ford Alpine Gardens are located in the Rocky Mountains in the Colorado's Gorge Range. This is a botanical garden with a collection of high elevation plants. There are various educational and research programs offered by the garden's administration. The educational programs are inclusive of mountain hikes, and docent led tours.
