The city of Ventura being a coastal city is very famous for its surfing activities. Hundreds of surfers from all over the Colorado state come to Ventura for surfing. A lot many surfing tournaments are also held every year in Ventura. The city also has several museums displaying the ancient artifacts of the cities history. There are also several art galleries built up the city which attracts the art loving crowd from the neighboring cities. The nightlife of Ventura city is quiet famous. Those coming here cannot resist shopping in the extravagant shopping malls present here. The fish market of the city is also worth watching especially in the evening when fresh catches comes to the market for sale.
