Greenwich Symphony Orchestra
Initially built in 1958 as the Greenwich Philharmonia it became completely professional by the year 1967. The orchestra performs pop concert during the summer season which include Barry Douglas, Pamela Frank, John O’Connor, Emanuel Ax and David Upshaw.
Bruce Museum of Arts and Science
This is popular museum providing numerous informational and knowledgeable displays and exhibits. The museum is housed in a Victorian mansion and has something in store for all types of visitors adults to children. The exhibit gives the visitors a chance to take a closer look at the various facets of science, nature and individual cultures.
Island Beach
The Island Beach is a park situated over four acres of land offering numerous activities for visitors of all ages children and adults. Picnic areas allow the tourists to enjoy a complete day and are easily accessible by boat only so the beach is open in accordance to the ferry’s schedule.
