Sleeping Giant can be described as one of the most rugged ‘traprock’ mountain situated at the distance of 13 Km on the northern side of New Haven. It happens to be a portion of linear, narrow Metacomet Ridge. This thing can prove to be a good walking area, and popular ‘recreation’ resource altogether.
