The Timber Lake is among the few water masses in the city of Putnam. The Lake is situated on the territorial border of the city. Fishing is carried out here on a large scale as a business as well as a part time activity for visitors during their weekends. The scenery is simply splendid to look out for especially in the evenings with the moon light shining in the waters of the lake.
