This town hall of Tolland can be traced back to the 19th century. It is located on the Tolland Green at the intersection of the Old Post road and Route 195. At present, it happens to function as an ‘Arts Center’. One can get to see loads of artifacts by artists of Tolland over here. Some works are of international caliber as well. At times, performances are also held at this place.
