Millsboro is located in Sussex County in Delaware, USA. The area where the town stands now was initially home to the Nanticoke Indians. It was founded in the late nineteenth century and was incorporated as a city in 1893.

This town has a population of approximately 2,500 and has an area of around 5 sq km. It is located at the mouth of the River Indian which gives it a strategic position.

The thriving economy of Millsboro is based on the manufacturing, tourism and timber industries and the agriculture, service and banking sectors. The topography of the town comprises rivers, ponds, farms and lush vegetation.
