Seaford is located in Sussex County in the state of Delaware, USA. Situated along the River Nanticoke, this city has an area of around 9 sq km and houses a population of approximately 7,000. It was founded in 1726 and incorporated as a city in 1865. The initial inhabitants of this region were the Leni-Lenape Indians who settled here in the seventeenth century.
