This is a 62 acre area developed and run by the North Florida Botanical Society. The garden is named after the 250 acre Kanapaha Lake situated in close proximity. The park has 24 major collections of bamboos and the largest herb collection in the southeast. There are both indoor and outdoor facilities available for weddings, conferences, receptions and other functions. The various gardens here include the rose garden, bamboo garden, herb garden, water garden, crinum garden, spring flower garden, rock garden, butterfly garden and more.
