DDA, i.e. Bradenton Downtown Development Authority can be described as one of the independent; specially taxing district formed by an exclusive Legislative Act in the year 1974. The law is said to expire on 31st of December, 2020. Authority is likely of designing, developing, and funding ‘renewal Projects’; which might be inclusive of activities and undertakings in renewal area to eliminate/develop slums.
