Bradenton Beach is a small and friendly island community situated at the southern end of Island Anna Maria. One can enter this place from the southern entrance to Tampa Bay via the Gulf of Mexico. The region has two sister cities namely Anna Maria city and the Holmes Beach. The island has around 1500 inhabitants. One can avail of offshore and inshore fishing tours along with beach front areas for picnics. There are public boat ramps arranged by the Bay Side Park at the south of the city. The Historic Old Town district has unique shops along with restaurants, bars, retail outlets and more.
