George T. Lewis Airport is a general aviation airport which is situated in Cedar Key in Florida. Opened in 1936 by the US Military, it does not have a control tower. This airport was formerly used as an air or sea rescue base during and after World War II. This airport serves as a basic utility itinerant airport in Levy County for the recreation and resort activities of Cedar Key City.
