The Falling Waters State Park is a park that is located to the southeast of Chipley. It is home to Florida’s tallest waterfall. This waterfall is created by the combination of a 100-foot deep, 20-foot wide cylindrical pit and a small stream. There is a paved trail that leads all the visitors into the pit for a closer view of the waterfall. Other caves and sinks are also visible. This park also has the preserves of the 1919 oil drilling site. The park is equipped with camping and lodging facilities.
