Tourist Guide Coconut Grove
The city has got its name Coconut Grove because of the numerous coconut trees found in the vicinity of the city. The city is only one of its kinds in the Florida state where two County jurisdictions govern the same city. The Coconut Grove city is governed by the Miami and Dade County. The city is located on the western coast of the Florida state and is a very beautiful city. The city has several beautiful sceneries and landscapes which is the main reason for making the city of Coconut Grove the most popular and most visited city in the complete state of Florida. The city also has marked its name among the developed cities in the state and has many sky scraper buildings and infrastructure which displays the development of the city. The city comprises a total geographical area of around 17.2 square kilometers. The population measured by the census board in the year 2000 was 18,535 and was still growing. The climate of the city is pretty mild and both the summers and winters are not extreme.
