The Coral Gables Biltmore Hotel is a luxurious hotel which was designed by Schultze and Weaver, and built in 1926 by John McEntee Bowman and George Merrick as part of the Biltmore hotel chain. Now a National Historic Landmark, the hotel started out as a famous hangout for celebrities and royalty, and includes 4 exceptional restaurants like Palme d’Or, Fontana, Cascade Poolside Bar & Grill, and the 19th Hole.
