Cutler Bay was formally known as Cutler Ridge, which is an incorporated town in Miami-Dade County in Florida, US. It is governed by a five-member Town Council. This is also known as a census- designated place.
The total area of the place is 4.9 sq miles out of which 4.8 sq miles is land and 0.1 sq miles is water.
As per the US census, in 2000 the population was around 24,781. According to the 2009 US Census, the population was recorded to be 26,920. So since 2000, the rate of population growth is recorded to 8.73 percent.
The climate is warm. Cutler Ridge receives about 53 inches of rain per year. The hottest month is the month of July with temperatures around 90 degrees Fahrenheit and the coldest month is January with temperatures around 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cutler Ridge has a Mall called the Southland Mall which was first called as Cutler Ridge Mall. The Mall has stores like Macy's, JCPenney, and Sears.
