Museum of Florida Art’s objective is to offer education programs, exhibitions, and outreach for engaging children, youngsters, adults, families, and seniors in experience of visual arts. As such, museum has been committed to provision of exhibition venue for established as well as emerging artists; apart from arts education with regards to adults and youth. The exhibitions which are on display right now include Chrome and Leather VI, Harold Garde, and many more.
DeLand naval Air Station Museum
DeLand Naval Air Station got closed on the official basis in the year 1946. Museum got opened in the year 1992 for commemorating 2-seater Dauntless Dive Bomber that had been critical at the time of Second World War. Memorabilia like aircraft parts and models, uniforms, photos and guns explain story of such a station.
