Henderson Beach State Park is located to the east of Destin on U.S 98. One can find lots of amenities at this more than 6,000 feet of natural scenic shoreline border. The natural features of the park are sand pines, dune rosemary and scrub oaks. There are also two big pavilions which allow for grilling and picnicking. There is also a playground at the park.
