Founded in 1958 the Museum of Art situated in Fort Lauderdale is designed by renowned architect Edward Larrabee Barnes. The museum was completed in 1986 and in 2003 Studio Arts Program was inaugurated. It hosts various active performing arts program which includes Inside Out by its resident theatre company. The museum is also recognized for exhibitions like Diana: A Celebration to Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs and its Artist in Residence Program also.
