Built specifically for water enthusiasts, the waterfront properties come with huge docking spaces that can hold up to 150 ft. long yachts. The waterfront area also occupies a variety of restaurants including the famous Serafina, Shula’s on the Beach, Rustic Inn Crabhouse among many others.
