Packing List: Shorts, very casual area, but bring a sweater as restaraunts are cold with the a/c going. Sunglasses and sunscreen an absolute must! During August-September be prepared for rain everyday around three o'clock. Getting around is pretty easy, streets are well marked. There is a drugstore on every corner.
