Nelson Burroughs, a wealthy, westernized businessman had purchased such a riverside house during early 20th century. At present, costumed actors happen to lead tours of this historic property on the daily basis; which has been furnished with ‘period’ pieces. Burroughs Home features Florida-pine floors, wrap-around porch, a winding staircase, and mahogany fireplace.
