It is a national park located east of Homestead. The Biscayne Bay, one of the best Scuba diving areas is located in this park. Almost all the areas of the park are covered with water. There is an extensive mangrove forest in the park. Elliott Key is the largest island in the park formed from coral reef fossils. Scuba diving is the major attraction of the park. A glass-bottom boat tour of the bay and islands is also possible
