Tourist Guide Inverness
Inverness is a small city (6,700 pop) located in Florida, in the Citrus County.
The town was established in 1889, and the legend says that it got its name from a lonely Scotsman traveller who, when in Inverness, recoignizes the Scottish town of Inverness.
Today Inverness is a famous tourist destiantion, because of its closeness to the Henderson Lake and the Tsala Apopka Lake.
