Tucked away behind the Islamorada library is the Islamorada County Park. This park had a small beach on a creek. The water is not too deep and is crystal clear. The currents are swift and children are not allowed to swim due to this. However, there is a playground at the park, where they can enjoy and have fun. Moreover, there are picnic tables and grassy area at the park.
