The Riverside Art Museum (RAM) was built by Julia Morgan. This house was later sold to the Riverside Art Association for $250,000. In the year 1982, this building was declared an historic landmark by the city Riverside and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Now, the museum has two galleries on the first floor, and two on the second floor. Along with the administrative office they have also provided a space for the Children’s gallery.
