The city has well maintained its vintage architectural heritage (i.e. the buildings and streets). It is said to be one of the planned cities. The city has appointed a committee which does the preservations of Riverside's historic neighborhoods, and civic and commercial resources.Riverside has about 40000 colleges and schools, and many Business and Tech parks. This city is very well maintained.
