Everglades National Park

It has been ranked as the third national park in the largest national parks.. About one million people visit it each year. The park was created with a purpose of protecting the ecosystem which is fragile, then for the purpose of keeping the geographic feature safe.

The most significant place for tropical wading birds of North America is this park, another feature is its most largest ecosystem of the western hemisphere. . Around 300 species of fresh and saltwater fish, 50 species of reptiles, 350 species of birds, and around 40 species of mammals are housed in the park.

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is adjacent to Atlantic Ocean waters, which is inclusive of an area of 240 km². These areas were established to protect and preserve the only living coral reef in the continental United States.

Famous as the foremost underwater park of the country, has been included in the National Register of Historic Places. The basic things which attract the tourist are the marine life and the coral reefs.

Marinelab Undersea Laboratory

It was originally named the MEDUSA (Midshipmen Engineered and Designed Underwater Studies Apparatus), and have taught several number of shipmen project management over a tenure of ten years and also provided with designs’ of engineering.

It got created under the supervision of Dr. Monney was the Director of the Oceaneering Department of the Naval Academy. It is one of the greatest places to go for research, warm water and beautiful marine life.
