This is the best place to view the sunset from Key West and watch the huge cruise ships departing from the coast. A huge crowd gathers at Mallory Square especially to watch the sunset and click photographs. One can also enjoy the street performers enacting various stunts and spectacles. These range from juggling to singing to riding a bicycle and aerial events. There are hawkers selling food and drinks as well.
