Key West: Attractions and more...
Key West has plenty of attractions to keep you occupied. An evening walk will take you to the Sunset Celebration which happens daily at Mallory Square.
Climb aboard the bright yellow Conch Tour Train, popular among tourists. Another quaint train ride is the Old Town Trolley, which allows you to disembark at 10 different tourist attractions and then re-board for the ride ahead.
Head over to the Southernmost House & Museum, which is a beautiful ocean-facing mansion designed in true Queen Anne Victorian style. The Mel Fisher Maritime Museum treats you to a display of gold treasure recovered from shipwrecks.
Equally fascinating is the artistic Nancy Forrester's Secret Garden (which resembles a lush rainforest) and the 1847 Key West Lighthouse (housing an in-house museum).
Key West has festivals almost every month, the most popular being the Acura International Boat Regatta in January and the Fantasy Fest somewhere near Halloween.
