Lauderdale-by-the-sea town is situated in Broward County in Florida and is north of Fort Lauderdale. This is a part of the South Florida metropolitan area. The south side of the town is located between Fort Lauderdale and Sea Ranch Lakes and the north half borders Pompano Beach.
