North Port can be described as a city located in county of Sarasota, Florida, US, just 20 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. It’s, in fact, a portion of Bradenton-Sarasota-Venice Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As per US Census Bureau, area of North Port, on the whole, comes out to be 195.6 sq. Km; out of which 1.02%25 consists of water. This place is amongst one of the most rapidly growing municipalities; which contain extremely large-scale ‘residential’ subdivisions, apart from a massive network of ‘streets’.

North Port receives rainfall of around 58 inches on an annual basis. Snowfall, as such, does not occur. July proves to be the hottest month; with temperature of around 92 degrees F; whereas January proves to be the coolest month; with temperature of around 48 degree F.
