Cirque du Soleil began in 1984 by a group of 20 street performers. This is a major Quebec based organization which provides a high quality artistic entertainment. Cirque du Soleil has also brought wonder and delight to more than 90 million spectators in over 200 cities on five continents. The company, which started Cirque du Soleil, has more than 4,000 employees from over 40 different countries and 1,000 artists.
