Ponte Vedra Beach is an unincorporated seaside community which is situated in St. Johns County in Florida. This community lies in the fourth wealthiest country in Florida. The community is said to be first sighted by Juan Ponce de Leon on his search for the Fountain of Youth in 1513.

The population of the community in 2005 was estimated to 35,400 people. As of 2009, it reached to 34,661 people. And since 2000, it has had a population growth of 20.16 percent.
