Port St. Lucie lies in the County of St. Lucie in Florida, USA with a population of 144,159.
It is situated on the Atlantic coast between West Palm Beach and Cape Canaveral.It is almost equidistant from both Miami and Orlando. Florida's Turnpike is the sole toll road in the county, whereas Interstate 95 runs along the western portion of the city. Post St Lucie has a subtropical humid climate which is somewhat tempered by its proximity to the sea.
Summers are hot and winters are chilly. Rainfall is relatively high but snowfall is a rare occurrence.
The U.S. Census office has rated the city as one of the top ten fastest growing cities but it still retains its small town feeling. It is famous for various golf courses and environment parks
