St. Cloud city is situated in Osceola County in Florida. This city is closely connected with its adjacent city Kissimmee and Orlando. A part of the Orlando Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area, it was permanently settled in 1909 by William G King who was a real estate manager from Alachua County. In 1915, it was incorporated as a city by the Florida Legislature.
The population of this city as per the 2000 census was 20,074. As of 2006, it was recorded as 24,249 people. In 2009, the population reached 27,373 people.
Some of the attractions which are worth visiting are Walt Disney World.
As per the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 23.8 square kilometers, out of which 23.7 square kilometers is land and 0.11 percent is water.
