The city of Sunny Isles Beach is well known for its cultural diversity and numerous stores covering the Collins Avenue.The city is nicknamed as Little Moscow. This is due to the presence of many Russian residents, mainly Russian Jews.The Sunny Isles Beach is situated at 25.941270, -80.125111. The city covers a total area of 3.7 sq. Km. Of this, 28.37%25 is water. The city is dominated by White people. Almost 91.85%25 of the population is White. The other races include African American, Asian, Native American and some other races. The number of females is more when compared to males. For almost 40%25 of the people, the mother tongue is Spanish. Only 37%25 of the residents spoke English.
