The Villages offers a little bit of everything you can imagine. From recreation centers that have pickleball, tennis, bocce, horseshoes, billards, shuffleboard, washers, bocce golf and corn hole to card games (you name it) to board games and all is free to residents. In addition each recreation center has a swimming pool for family fun and a "adult" pool for those over 30. When you buy a home in the Villages you are really buying a life style. GREAT FUN!!!

No better place to live during retirement. The Villages has everything a person could want to do plus more. The only thing lacking is the beach but who needs a beach when there are pools everywhere. It is definitely a place to look at when you are considering a retirement community.

It is an enjoyable, friendly place to live. The winters are somewhat "crowded", but still enjoyable. We do feel there should be dedicated golf cart paths everywhere in The Villages. No road sharing paths with the traffic that includes large trucks, trailers, etc.

Very well designed - great imagination in design. This place is Disneyland for adults. If you cannot be happy in "the Villages", the problem is not with the Vilages but with your attitude.

The Villages is a great place. Easy to get around on a golf cart. Lots of entertainment and things to do. Able to do as much or as little you want to do. Something for everyone!

Just be ready to follow a lot of rules!! However, these rules allow for a very consistently beautiful community that anyone would be very proud to live in!

My wife and I found this to be very nice and inviting. We will be visiting again to explore the area, and we are really looking forward to it.
