The only facility in the country which is dedicated to the history of America’s space pioneers is the US Astronaut Hall of Fame. This museum traces the development of space exploration through personal memorabilia, historical artifacts and video footage. This museum is to the west of Kennedy Space Centre and houses some of the largest collection of Astronaut artifacts in the world.
