Treasure Island Beaches resemble a dinosaur. They are thinner at both ends and thicker at the middle. There are mainly three beach regions. The first region is the mid-island. This is a wide beach with lots of restaurants, hotels and shops. Then the other two are Sunshine Beach and Sunset Beach. These are mainly residential areas. A 5-10 mile boardwalk is present at the Sunset Beach.
