When to visit
Florida is not only home to the summer resorts and beaches or the Walt Disney World, but it’s also home to the Kennedy Space Center, to the wildlife refuge and to the historical cities like St. Augustine. The climate here is mild throughout the year, where several destinations can be enjoyed anytime. With year-round attractions, constant warm weather and endless white beaches, Florida offers all an ideal tourist spot. This ‘Sunshine State’ even attracts millions of visitors throughout the month of August when there are many festivals and events. The high season is from December to August with low season month being November. The off season is from September to October. The springtime, which is from end of April to mid June are the best time to visit Florida. Those who love the beaches can visit this beautiful state in the months of October and November with the water is warm and the sunsets in the months of September and October are breathtaking. However, it is recommended that tourists avoid visiting Florida in late summers and early fall, as the state is prone to tropical storms and hurricanes this time.
